NEW COMPUTER WARRANTY
Covers repair or replacement of defective hardware component's used in the construction of our computers. All Printers, Scanners, Monitors and other external devices are covered by their own manufactures warranty. Not covered by Warranty are any of the user created problems listed below.

1) SOFTWARE
Robo's have installed, tested and configured all software supplied with your system. All outside software may require special conditions to be met. This is usually listed on the side of the software box please ensure that your system meets all the requirements before buying such software. Many factors can influence the way software reacts with your system and some will change system settings which in turn will cause problems with other devices. This and the ease of user interference with control settings makes software the most common cause of problems with your computer.
Viruses may cause many problems including loss of data. It is the owners responsibility to keep an updated virus scanner working at all times and to keep your work BACKED UP TO AN EXTERNAL DEVICE.

Robo's Computers do not cover Software problems under warranty.

2) HARDWARE
Modern computers are very delicate and are susceptible to rough handling, electric shock and static electricity. Robo's do not cover under warranty damage caused by:
Rough handling or dropping, Power surge or brownouts, Lightning strikes (Disconnect power and phone lines during electrical storms)
or Tampering with the inside workings of the computers main box.

3) REPAIRS
Robo's computers will not be liable for any cost for any work carried out by any person other than Robo's own technicians.
ONLY ROBO'S TECHNICIANS ARE AUTHORIZED TO DO OUR WARRANTY WORK.

4) All Warranty is Return to Base at 33/35 Macquarie Street Dubbo.
